CHECK-IN
Check-in begins at 8:00am at The Music Hall, 28 Chestnut Street, Portsmouth, NH.
General admission attendees check in using the last name of the person who purchased your ticket (which may be you!) You may also present your email confirmation.
VIP attendees check in using your organization name at the VIP table- Look for the red balloons!
Who are TEDx VIPs? TEDxPortsmouth Sponsors, Production Partners, Professional Development groups, Speakers and Presenters and Team and volunteers.
TEDxPortsmouth is a full-day event with plenty of breaks built in. Like listening to a whole album versus a single song, this event is intended to be a fully immersive experience that you share with colleagues, new connections, family, and friends. In other words, we hope you’ll plan on staying for the full day, because you’ll get way more out of it if you can!

LIVESTREAM
Seats at the Music Hall have been sold out, but you can still be part of TEDxPortsmouth 2024 through our livestream, beginning at 9:00am on Friday May 10th.
(And of course, all of our talks are always free to view online about 3 months after the event!)
FOOD + DRINKS
Lunch, snacks, and all the coffee/tea you can drink are provided with admission (including gluten-free and vegetarian options.) We encourage you to bring your own water bottle, to take advantage of our many filling stations. Our goal? A zero-waste event!
PARKING
If you live here, you know it can be hard to park, so arrive early! And with 900 attendees, our event is sure to put a crunch on parking. We highly recommend that, if you drive, you just use the Foundry Garage at 100 Foundry Place—about a four-block walk—or the Hanover Garage at 34 Hanover St. if you need a shorter walk (about two blocks). TEDxPortsmouth includes full-day ASL interpretation, and we try to provide accessibility accommodations as much as we possibly can.
